SUBMIT A DRAWING

Make the technical review more useful from the first message.

Drawings and samples may contain commercially sensitive information. The RFQ route is designed to collect only the information needed for initial feasibility and quotation review.

01

Helpful files and information

PDF drawings, labelled photos, DXF and STEP/STP files can be submitted within the stated file limit. State key dimensions, tolerances, quantity, operating conditions and any approval requirement where available.

  • Drawing revision or measured dimensions
  • Material or performance context if known
  • Quantity, timing and validation expectation
02

What happens after submission

The request is stored for review and routed to the configured business mailbox only when persistence, protected attachment handling and mail notification succeed. A technical feasibility, material route, tooling need, delivery term and interchangeability are confirmed only after review.

NoteA sample or tooling charge may apply depending on the specific route. This is confirmed in the quotation process, not assumed on the website.

03

Confidential handling

Do not submit information you are not authorised to share. Attachments are kept out of the public site and are indexed to the enquiry record using a random object key. Production retention, access and contractual confidentiality arrangements must be agreed separately.

NoteMalware scanning is not supplied by this demonstration environment; configure a production scanning service for higher-risk workflows.
